In order to commemorate the 113th anniversary of International Women's Day, pay tribute to the female models, draw spiritual strength, stimulate the enthusiasm and creative vitality of the female employees, Ningshing Holdings organized the Women's Day activity with the participation of 200 female employees on March 10, 2023.
Wanfeng Group is a large private stock enterprise with international business centering on advanced manufacturing. Through strategic cooperation with international high-end aircraft manufacturing companies, the company manufactures complete aircraft with independent intellectual property rights. It is one of the top three navigable aircraft manufacturing companies in the world, with a "Wan Feng Aviation Town" of 5.5 square kilometers in Zhejiang Province and a national aviation industry demonstration zone.
The first stop of the activity was Wan Feng Aviation Town. All the female employees visited the party building center, science & technology museum and airport hangar of Wan Feng Group. The most exciting part is the lecture of Ms. Chen Ailian, a National party representative and NPC deputy, one of the top ten outstanding women in China, honorary president of Zhejiang Women Entrepreneurs Association, Chairman of the board of directors of Wan Feng Group and Secretary of the Party Committee.
Ms. Chen welcomed the arrival of female compatriots of Ningshing Holdings, and briefly introduced Xinchang’s human history and economic development, the strategic layout of three industries of Wan Feng Group, six major management methods as well as three life insights. She also encouraged all women to work hard, do something different and live what they really like. The interactive session of questioning is even more exciting. Everyone asks about the balance of family business, corporate cultural identity, employment standards, customer maintenance, etc. Finally, she once again extended her wishes to everyone and sent her own Chinese painting Friends Come From Afar.
Ms. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary of Ningshing Holdings, thanked Ms. Chen for her sincere sharing. She said that Ms. Chen was an outstanding representative of female entrepreneurs in China. Her faith, courage, perseverance, and ideas were worth learning for all females. Meanwhile, she proposed three hopes for all female employees, invited Ms. Chen to visit Ningshing, and presented the calligraphy work of Heroine and the Fuehrer's pen of G20 Summit produced in Ningbo, meaning that Ms. Chen continued to write her wonderful life.
At the event, frequent applause resounded. Everyone paid tribute to President Chen's enterprising spirit of striving for perfection and perseverance over the years, and praised the wonderful Group she built.
In the afternoon activities, female employees of Ningshing went to the Nineteen Wearing-rock Peaks in Xinchang. The “roses of Ningshingers” climbed to the top of the mountain and chased after each other. All the female employees had an unforgettable holiday together.
